“I was working with a larger credit card processing company. Even though he had stopped in to introduce himself (a few of the neighboring businesses are his customers) I was hesitant to change because I thought it would be a “to-do”. Vic not only made the transfer smooth but he handled everything for me with regards to getting my new machine set up. These are things the “big company” wanted nothing to do with and left me to fend for myself. The fees are a bit lower which is an added bonus and he makes the time to answer questions and will even drop in to help. I really like how honest he is….when he analyzed my statement, I was preparing for some version on “you are getting ripped off and you will save SO much money by switching to me”…..that didn’t happen at all…..he told me that my pricing was fair and that I wouldn’t save much at all by switching. How often do you hear that from a salesperson? Vic has a great personality and is the least pushy type salesperson I have ever dealt with. The fact he didn’t pester me about changing no matter how much I protested at first, made me think of his company first when the time came to finally make the switch. Fantastic operation, I would highly recommend (and have!) to anyone in need of credit card processing.”
